my previous stay in tralee wasn't as relaxing, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the thermal suite and outdoor hot tub were highlights, especially during the lovely weather. the staff was attentive and the room was spacious and comfortable, making for a perfect getaway.

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortably designed. It featured a private bathroom equipped with a bath and walk-in shower. Complimentary robes and slippers. Meals were fantastic, especially the breakfast with freshly baked croissants and fresh fruit. The spa facilities, including a thermal suite and outdoor hot tub, were perfect for relaxation.

I had an amazing 2-night stay in a Junior Suite with breathtaking views of the gardens. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide array of delicious choices that included fresh pastries and a beautiful view of the Kerry mountains. One downside was the room could get a bit warm, as it lacked air conditioning.

Amazing stay with great staff!

We had a fab stay for 1 night. The staff were so nice, especially the night porter who brought us coffee before we left early. The breakfast was super tasty, and the restaurant staff were really friendly. Just wished we had more time to explore the amenities. Overall, a really great experience!
